This course is designed for people who want to improve their climbing skills by working on the main areas of performance. We will start by looking at technique, covering topics such as precise foot placement, efficient movement and different technical moves. We will also see how to train your physical condition in a specific way. We will learn the tactical aspects of climbing a route. We will also cover various mental topics. You will be coached by an experienced instructor who will listen to your needs.

To register, it is necessary to have completed “Basic courses 1 and 2” or to have equivalent knowledge and experience
