Types of courses

Over the course of a week, children are introduced to climbing, with a minimum of 3 half-days of practice, and participate in sporting and cultural activities the rest of the time. An overnight stay is planned on Wednesday evening for a unique group experience, before returning home the rest of the week.

Course content
Children will discover climbing and other activities, with no pre-requisites, according to the following programme:
• Climbing: each session begins with a fun warm-up, followed by a presentation of the facilities and how to use them. The children will try their hand at bouldering, climbing walls and working on their climbing technique through games.
Outdoor activities: during the other half-days or days, the children will enjoy outdoor activities such as sports, water activities (swimming pool), nature games, trampolining, short hikes or cultural visits.

This programme is provided as an example and can be adjusted by the instructor according to the weather conditions, the age and the needs of the participants. The final programme will be communicated the weekend before the week.
